A prática da Forma dos 108 movimentos.

Flow the energy.

Open your mind and be quiet just feel the energy of the ground surrounds you , full of life. 

That's an extraordinary experience .

Embrace it and grow.

We all have old habbits but we need to acept them and maybe a time to let them go.

We need to continue practicing with a big intention and reach for amplify the feelings.

Not just do with reason but do it with a Open heart, so Open your heart ♥️
